Responsibilities

• Provide ESD design guidelines for new chip and revision
• Establish ESD/LU test plan and lead ESD testing for products
• Perform chip level ESD review and simulation
• Develop new ESD cells to meet chip requirement
• Collaborate with foundry/EDA vendor for ESD requirement
• ESD failure analysis and solution
  
  

Qualifications

• 2 years of proven experience in ESD team
• Familiar with silicon HV/MV/LV ESD devices and layout rules
• Strong understanding of ESD device characteristics
• Familiar with design/layout tools, including Virtuoso, Calibre.
• Knowledge of ESD checking tools like PERC
• Familiar with ESD/LUP test and test plan establishment
• Experience with IC ESD failure analysis
• Driver IC ESD review experience is a plus
• System/Module level ESD testing experience is a plus
• Moderate english communication and documentation skills
