To maintain and expand business such as retrofit, regaining consumable & system business, including but not limited to the following:- Customer management for FTAP in Taiwan
- New business development - To establish and drive new business development through constructive & strategic white spacing mapping activities
- Actively supporting sales cycles and major customer engagements by bringing specific knowledge and experience to the opportunity
- Distribution Channel - To develop, manage and drive distribution channel to ensure YOY growth
- Working with Marketing & cross functional team to develop demand generation activities and ensuring 100% follow up of all leads created from these activities
- Implement market segmentation, mapping customer process and potential
- Opportunity / Funnel Management - Managing and monitoring to ensure opportunity pipelines are healthy
- Business Handling - US$5M Orders & Revenue for this segment
- Brand Visibility Enhancement thro Country Growth Initiative
- Conduct in-depth market, industry and competitive analysis and product positioning;
- Distributor Sales Team driving and managing (sales Calls and Sales Meetings)
- Internal Communication, documenting, quotation and reporting
- Identify and analyze market and implement commercial strategies and core promotional support programs;
- Support market research programs for the creation and evaluation of marketing strategies; conduct intelligence gathering to assess competition and alternative solutions along with Team
- Support global strategy, messaging and material development through coordinating with global marketing teams.
- Enhancing Visibility
- Identify & update relevant missing customer information to leadership
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in any chemical or mechanical engineering)
- At least 3~5 years sales/marketing experience in oil & gas, petroleum refining, petrochemical, chemical processing industries
- Experience in participating and implementing business tools such as Funnel Management, Bowlers review will be added value
