Together as an organisation, we make magic happen.Job DescriptionThe Growth Marketing associate role that is accountable for supporting the company in lead generation and merchant acquisition through online/offline channels and emails. This individual also needs to prequalify the leads to streamline the company’s sales process. Growth Marketing will help in the implementation and improvement of a lead generation strategy to develop a consistent and predictable flow of both inbound and outbound leads.What will you do?- Manage prospect lead generation campaigns through user acquisition programs and marketing campaigns
- Evaluate campaign performance and provide reporting on optimization opportunities and learnings that can be scaled across all regions
- Increase lead volume by expanding marketing channels and invent program to enhance lead quality
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing, CRM, Sales and other stakeholders to improve existing processes and come up with new ideas
- Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM(Salesforce and Pardot)
- Support lead nurturing marketing campaign to target audience segments order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
- Weekly sales strategies meetings with the Sales Team and regular communication with individual Sales Team members
- Measure and track daily lead generation activity against weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual goals
- Able to juggle between admin/operation task (deduplication, lead upload, fix format) and creative task (Ways to use different tools to come up with new lead gen channel)
- Familiar with Zapier, Jotform other marketing automation tool and able to understand the flow and integration behind it
- A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a marketing or business discipline. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- 1 years experience in relevant areas such as lead generation, email marketing, CRM
- Ability to identify opportunities, develop project scope and independently lead ideation and execution
- Be a high-performance team player who can work cross-functionally
- Experience using Salesforce.com and Pardot will be preferred
- Knowledge of tracking, tooling, experiment will be an advantage
- This is a full time contractor (6-month) position. Possible to be extended.
