- Setup campaigns with the Media Planning team with appropriate tracking pixels and reporting dashboards, including smart goals, conversion goals, performance goals
- Monitoring of campaign performance alongside paid media investment teams to alert on goal deviations
- Automate reporting dashboards and actions between internal and external client teams
- Own client reports and manage reporting flow with clients assigned and campaigns managed.
- Prepare reports alongside strategy and account teams to generate insights post-campaign
- Quickly understand multiple data sources and develop a methodology to tie the data together that will add value.
- Determine campaign data and tracking requirements.
- Manage measurement systems for data capture and reporting.
- Build a body of knowledge with the objective of informing future media decisions.
- Design solutions and provide recommendations that drive campaign results and client objectives.
- Develop and maintain dashboard development.
- Understand multiple data sources and develop a process to bring data together that will add value.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in fields related to Qualitative and Quantitative data analysis (mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, engineering).
- 2+ years of experience.
- Experience in paid media such as Programmatic, Paid Social, and/ or Google, various digital marketing channels and databases for processing.
- Experience as a reporting analyst in an advertising agency, business consultancy required.
- Experience using web analytics such as DoubleClick/DART, MediaMind, Omniture and Google Analytics.
- Experience with reporting and BI dashboards such as Google Data Studio, Hive, PowerBI, Tableau, Lookup, or other BI tools
- Experience with pixels, pixel implementation including Google Tag Manager, Analytics, Social, Programmatic, and others such as OneTrust.
- Goal setting across Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to monitor conversion
- CRM data analysis (customer segmentation, churn, lifetime value, acquisition.)
- Strong oral and written presentation skills with problem solving and consultative skills.
- Experience managing teams.
