Work you will do
Campus recruitment: 80%
- Planning: work with campus recruitment manager for planning annual campus events, budget and expected results.
- Campus events: plan, design and execute campus events including campus talk, job fair, company visit, internship program, Deloitte club program, Digital different camp and so on by interactive and innovative ways.
- Relationship management: enhance, strengthen relationship, reputation amongst facilities, students externally and hiring managers internally.
- Recruitment process: implement, monitor and track full-cycle recruitment process including interview arrangement, assessment, offer, on boarding process and regular reporting effectively and efficiently.
- Employer branding: leverage a variety of online (job board, social media) and offline(campus event, company visit, student club) channels to strengthen Deloitte’s employer branding.
Employee relations/Project: 20%
- Project: work with HR team to identify problems, conduct analysis, propose possible solutions and timely implement to projects assigned.
- Employee activity: work with team to plan, design and implement whole-year employee activities to increase employee engagement.
- Other: any other tasks assigned by HR manager e.g. reporting.

- Bachelor or higher degree in human resources, commercial or business related major.
- 5 years and above campus recruitment experience in a sizable multinational organization.
- Excellent relationship building capability, familiar with Hi-tech, financial services or consulting industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Get used to project-based working style, and is able to run projects independently.
- Strong marketing, planning and analytical skill.
- Proactive, quick learner, organizational savvy, attention to detail, and business acumen.
