JR2319 Process Engineer

Module ownership and continuous improvement

• Perform detailed process characterization and understand process spec limits thru margin study
• Identify and evaluate interactions between equipment, modules and processes and resolve related issues.
• Evaluating issues and define solutions to develop and implement improvements in equipment or processes to improve scrap, cost, rework, cycle time, throughput or yield
  
  

Resolve integration issues through process development.

• Identify and evaluate interactions between equipment, modules and processes and resolve related issues.
  
  

Manufacturing Responsibility

• Interact on a regular basis with counterpart in manufacturing
• Understand manufacturing issues
• Develop, implement and transfer processes
  
  

Production Job Related

• Process sustaining.
• Hold lots handle.
• SPC chart maintain.
• Recipe tuning.
• IFDC alarm handle.
• New process transfer.
• Yield /defect improvement.
• Capacity enhancement.
