Key Responsibilities:

• 執行生產作業
• 依照SOP及MBR之規定執行秤量、造粒、混合、打錠、膜衣、挑藥之作業及相關cGMP文件記錄之填寫
• 設備操作之檢查及記錄:生產前檢查線上標示及上批原料及半製品是否清除:生產中依規定執行相關檢測,以確保產品品質,並確認原料投入量與產出量之一致性
• 設備操作
• 依SOP之規定,執行各設備之安裝、設定、操作及簡易故障排除工作,以維持各設備之正常運作,達成月生產之需求目標
• 設備操作依SOP規定操作,生產中需注意相關原料及產品之外觀及特性符合批次紀錄之規範,生產中如遇重大事故應立即停止生產,並立即通報單位主管
• 清潔
• 執行工作場所及設備清潔之要求 , 以避免藥品之相互汙染 , 確保產品之品質
• 領料
• 依生產工單核對原料及半成品之數量、批號等 , 以確保產品之品質
• 保養
• 執行設備之初級保養以延長設備之壽命 , 減少故障停機時間
  
  

Education Required :

• 高中 / 高職畢業或以上
  
  

Training Required:

• cGMP 及 safety operation
• 基本挑藥及手工包裝技能
• 半年契約技術員經驗
• 生產機器設備操作、故障排除、簡易設備維修、模具更換
• 認同公司價值觀並執行
