Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience managing supply chain operations or vendors at a regional level/across countries.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Preferred qualifications:
  • 8 years of experience in reverse logistics or supply chain in the consumer electronics industry.
  • Experience in operations or vendor management at the field service technicians level.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage ever-changing priorities and deadlines.
  • ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, customers and external vendors.
  • Demonstrated time-management, planning, and program management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Google’s consumer hardware day-to-day service operations, ensuring all business goals are met.
  • Manage operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and new product introductions launch management at the repair network.
  • Define and drive performance metrics, scorecards, and regular business reviews with internal cross-functional teams related to reverse logistics operational results.
  • Manage different initiatives with cross-functional teams, from vendor governance to the implementation, and sustaining new processes and programs.
  • Build innovative continuous improvement programs with cross-functional partners to ensure excellent customer returns and repairs support.
