The Role:
  • Take full ownership of the TW B2C online gaming & streaming category to drive business and profit growth, and build up TW e-marketplace ecosystem through Logitech store expansion online
  • Managing full business cycle including sell-through, sell-out, P&L, inventory, category and customer management (T1& T2) that impact the business
  • Drive brand experiences online to grow awareness and consideration to achieve set business metrics, including sell out, market share, cost, customer loyalty and mindshare.
  • Defining & evaluating the assortment and merchandising strategy for the category. Creating commercially relevant assortment packages for different parts of Logitech G
  • Establishing guidelines, frameworks, tools to support KPI achievement
  • Identify customers’ behaviors and needs through research and analysis in your category
  • Empower and collaborate with category and sales team to strategize and implement shopper marketing programs with control measures for category improvement
  • Gather, analyze, understand and share learnings from experimentation to build a strong knowledge base for category growth
  • Be a trusted advisor to the product planning team to drive monthly sales forecasting & P&L growth
  • Coordinate, support and collaborate with other channel or category managers and grow with a team that pursues excellence
  • Lead 1-2 subordinates to deliver the above KPIs
Key Qualifications:For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
  • Positivity, proactive and energetic
  • Good in communication and influencer, good team player
  • With the FMCG and tech EC experience is plus, retail EC experience with Pchome, momo, shopee, China EC business experience is plus
  • High passion in digital tools and marketing
  • Basic understanding with gaming industry and competitor, gamer is plus
  • have leadership experience is plus
  • Ability to work under stress environment with extremely short turnaround time
  • Ability to work under ambiguous situation, and demonstrate ability to define steps to meet goals
  • Solid presentation & negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships across many partners and agency
  • Good working knowledge of data analysis
