Job Description

• Responsible for lab operations required in manufacturing and production; function includes laboratory analytical instruments management, periodic maintenance, calibration, and implementation of the inspection and outcome of the test results.
• Supervises the used gases in the laboratory and ensures all products fit the products’ performance and specification.
• Oversees the budget of the laboratory and works with the plant management to understand aspects of the product mixes created in the lab.
• Responsible for the incoming quality control (IQC) and outgoing Quality Control (OQC), inspecting the incoming material document and analyzing material.
• Statistical Process Control system, product/monthly/quarterly report data assembly.
• ISO 9001 quality document issuance, revision, storage management, and audit data assistance.
  

The Successful Applicant

• Chemical/Material/Science/Engineering related, Bachelor or above.
• 5-10 years working experience on QC Lab.
• Specialty Gas, Chemical, Precursor related working experience is a plus.
• Six Sigma Green Belt is highly desired.
• Flexible in time and domestic travel.
