• To understand the basic WET equipment design & operate and process related.
• New auto report system introduction and with mentor inspire their creativity, develop new system report to reduce team member workload and increase time management.
• The principle of coordination between people and organization
• Electronic and Information Technology related background.
• Good English skill for listening, speaking, reading and writing. TOEIC 700 above.
• Good communication and high-pressure resistance.
