The Opportunity:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Manager to be part of our HR team in Taipei, Taiwan.

You will directly report to the Global HR Business Partner - Commercial & Sales and work in close collaboration with the Retail Manager – Taiwan Area.

As a HR Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and reviewing HR applications and policies applied to be in line with HQ and local compliance. You will maintain the deliverable efforts in recruitment, employment and payroll management. Lastly, you will monitor the company’s competitiveness to market compensation & benefits, oversee employee relationships, and support employee welfare committee activities.

In this role, your key activities are:

  • Handle recruitment, onboarding and resignation processes.
  • Implement and ensure payroll calculations are accurate and paychecks are on-time.
  • Ensure all HR operations comply with legal standards and are applied consistently.
  • Manage all HR system processes and execute HQ data gathering.
  • Manage the budgeting and reporting process of labor costs.
  • Conduct talent review, performance management and retention process activities.
  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business development. Implement and facilitate training & learning activities.

The profile:

  • 5+ years relevant working experience in HR Management function, preferably within structured and multinational companies in the retail and fashion industry.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin language.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR/People Management, Business, Psychology or another related field of study.
  • Proficiency knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
