Responsibilities

l To unify the HRIS systems and implement the HRIS system

l To ensure data input consistency and integrity in HRIS systems and databases.

l Cooperate with HRIS team members to implement the system across the countries.

Experience

² At least 5 years of relevant HR experience.

² Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources /administrative position.

² Knowledge of HR processes and best practices including human resource information systems (HRIS).

² Skill in both verbal and written communication in English.

² Skill in problem solving and decision making.

² Excellent numerical sense, data analytical capabilities and time management skills.
