• Responsible for implementing Kuanyin site EHS policy and procedures in accordance with Huntsman’s EHS & PSM standards, procedures, guidelines as well as local EHS Laws and Regulations
• Play a role as Kuanyin PSM coordinator, working closely with site functional leaders and regional PSM expertise, ensuring regular tracking of site PSM program implementation
• Proactively support all departments in Kuanyin site in understanding and implementing EHS & PSM requirements
• Deliver training programs to educate the company’s workforce as well as subcontractors/visitors on safety, emergency response procedures, handling hazardous materials and other aspects to ensure that they understand and comply with the company’s policies and standards
• Maintain and optimize contractor management system
• Maintain and optimize SDS and Chemical management system to meet local and Huntsman EHS standard
• Conduct local Safety and Hygiene regulation related inspection task and submit to government agency such as half year “Laboratory Methods in Workplace Monitoring” and half year “Factory Dangerous Goods Declaration
• Maintain EHS records for reporting and submission to Region, Corporate and local authorities; also perform data analysis as appropriate
• Maintain and optimize other EHS program implementation as arranged by NEA EHS Manager
