• Evangelize Hylink within the advertising agency and key design communities.
• Collaborate closely with employees to develop award winning work.
• Use Adobe Photoshop to create highly engaging and modern designs for a variety of media channels.
• Implement motion graphics (using After Effects) for most videos.
• Keep projects meticulously organized and labeled properly.
• Revise designs accurately and swiftly after receiving internal and client feedback.
• Regularly research the latest ideas and techniques in graphic design to maintain innovation and growth.
• Design content pieces that strongly communicate product brand narrative, goals, and concepts.
• Utilize appropriate software to create advanced designs and animation.
• Directly report to the Creative Director.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent proven work experience in graphic design.
• Minimum 2+ years experience in graphic design at an advertising agency.
• Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other Adobe Suite products .
• Experience in illustration, animation, web design, and storyboard development is a plus.
• Experience in Google slides and other Google suite applications.
• Experience creating beautiful yet appropriate client facing presentation decks.
• Knowledge of file types, delivery, and compression techniques.
• Ability to work creatively under quick turnaround times.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and flexible with the ability to agilely iterate on a project and adhere to feedback.
• Solid communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a growing team.
• Strong presentation, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience in creating highly engaged content for a variety of channels including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Wechat, Youtube.
