1. Team Management

  • Ensure and assist team (customer success partners) to manage their area and accounts (see “Area and Account Management” below).

  • Lead team to collaborate cohesively with various internal functions and mobilize resources to achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction.

  • Enable team to adapt to change and drive business results under new environment.

  • Work closely with belonged HRBP to implement people practices within the team, including identifying people, developing and coaching people, building the organization and rewarding people.

2. Area and Account Management

  • Achieve sales target in the area of responsibility.

  • Identify and develop business opportunities within area of responsibility and collaborate with sales team to ensure attainment.

  • Record, monitor and track customer enquiries, complaints and/or issues are resolved with high level of urgency.

  • Develop and execute customer engagement plan in order to achieve high degree of customer satisfaction and sustainable partnership.

  • Manage and maintain assigned key accounts by keeping record of all business transactions, market activities, and competitors.

  • Identify, monitor and manage distributor channels that can contribute to business success.

3. Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition.
