1. In coordination with Warehouse Supervisor, oversee order processing, shipping, receiving and warehousing of product consistent with customer requirements and company standards.

2. Supervises and tracks activities of account and work teams.

3. Ensure accuracy of inbound and outbound shipments and monitors performance.

4. Ensures safe operation of all materials and handling equipment.

5. Internal & external customer coordination.

6. Manage assigned tasks and KPI/PPH monitor.

7. Preparation and submission of billing, transaction and analysis reports (daily, weekly and monthly).

8. SOP development.
