  • Developing and implementing communication strategies that enhance the company’s reputation and brand image.
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for media queries, including responding to inquiries, coordinating interviews, and managing media relationships.
  • Monitoring and analysing media coverage to identify emerging trends, potential risks, and opportunities for the company.
  • Drafting and distributing press releases, media alerts, and other communication materials to targeted media outlets.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of messaging across all communication channels.
  • Managing day-to-day incidents and crisis communications in partnership with the Comms team and senior leaders.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging communication technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of communication efforts.
  • Providing support for special projects and events as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, public relations, or related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in corporate communication, public relations, or media relations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing media relationships, crisis communications, and developing communication strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and traditional Chinese, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organisation is a plus.
  • Has prior experience in Taiwan and Hong Kong markets
  • Proficiency in G-Suite, media monitoring tools and basic data analysis
