Job Opportunity Vaccines BU Business Expansion Specialist

What You Will Do

General responsibilities and experiences include, however not limited to the following

• To achieve agreed sales and project KPIs within the identified territory
• To work with sales/MKTG team to develop & deliver the territory tailored plan for channel business expansion
• To run pilots within identified territory to explore and experiment the newly designed promotional mix by account segment
• To work closely with cross-functional team, including sales, MKTG and price lead, and pilot for price/quantity optimization development in selected accounts
• To be able to assess customer segment mix optimization via data-analytics in close collaboration with MKTG
• To effectively communication across the sales and marketing team, share insights and participate positively in sales / marketing team meetings.
• To complete all work in accordance with our compliance standards
  

What You Need To Have

Minimum Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
  

Required Skills And Experience

• 2 years of experiences in sales or MKTG related functions
• Strong customer engagement, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast changing environment
• Travel the amount of time the role required
  

Preferred Skills And Experience

• MKTG /or project management experience
• Price /or contract negotiation experience
• Proven history of strong performance in a commercial role
• Agile model working experience
