Your JobScope: Serve as the front-end CCS team and local point of contact for Taiwan potential CCS customersCollaborate with and serve as liaison between GSM and PM members to proactively drive profitable growth of assigned CCS sponsored accountsInternal: 40%Taiwan Global Sales & Marketing
  • Work together with sales on playbooks of CCS sponsored accounts, deeply understand TAM, competitions, applications/connections, Mx comparative advantages and value to customers
  • Work/Drive with sales to grow Mx share from assigned accounts by local execution of product strategy
  • Team up with WWAM to closely work on ODM/JDM projects
CCS Division PMs/PDs
  • With our product management (PM) team, build shared understanding of product strategy
  • Collect and share VOC and competitive intelligence
  • Conduct new market/application points of view (POV) to support product roadmap development
External: 60%Customers and Ecosystem Partners
  • Collaborate with GSM team members to assess customer pain points, product needs and potential CCS solutions
  • Provide products/technical/application supports to sales and customers and win more share
Our TeamOur team (CCS global business development managers) acts as execution arms to provide local support to sales and CCS key customers and drive profitable growth of CCS business
  • Our team is truly global with members in different regions serving customers locally
  • Our team needs close collaborations internally as our customers are global as well with R&D cross regions
  • Our team shared common RRE framework and goals to focus on areas we can create values
What You Will Do
  • Support the execution of product strategy by growing our presence and share of assigned accounts
  • Collaborate closely with GSM team members to understand customer needs and pain points, key industry/customer trends
  • Develop new POVs based on new opportunities based on emerging trends and VOC gathered
  • Knowledge share and support the PM team to define our product roadmap and drive new products into the market
  • Serve as the liaison between GSM and PM team members and act as the local point of contact for tactical actions and customer support requests
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)EDUCATION:REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree or abovePREFERRED: Engineering, Marketing, Business Management majorWORK EXPERIENCE:REQUIRED: Connector experiencePREFERRED: Cross-boarder experience a plus, especially interaction with teams in Japan and USWhat Will Put You Ahead
