Job Description

We are looking forward to welcoming a new colleague to our Program Management department in Taiwan! Read on!

Our project management department is at the center of the business, helping to create happy people, better business. We are looking for a new colleague to join our powerful team and work closely together with all other departments within BrandLoyalty as well as our clients in successfully running our loyalty programs all over APAC.

Disclaimer: within BrandLoyalty, we call this role internally an Assistant Program Manager.

Your tasks & responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver best in class loyalty campaigns from A to Z, including pre-launch set-up, execution, performance analysis, reporting, forecasting and financial closing;
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities, develop plans/ solutions and action to achieve revenue and net margin targets;
  • Build a strong relationship with clients and be able to turn it into long-term business partnership;
  • Manage and collaborate with internal stakeholders and third parties to ensure key deliverables are met;
  • Establish alignment with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, Portfolio, Operations, Business Consulting, Consumer & Business Insight, Legal, Finance and Digital;
  • Develop a keen understanding of loyalty marketing in the market;
Job Requirements

Which qualities do you bring?

  • Bachelor/ University degree;
  • 2+ years of experience within Account, (Trade) Marketing related roles or various field experiences (mandatory);
  • An excellent communicator (verbal and written) in English. Proficient in Mandarin/ Traditional Chinese required (mandatory);
  • Working within the retail or FMCG industry (mandatory);
  • Experience with client exposure (mandatory);
  • A flexible problem solver/keen multi-tasker, with the ability to anticipate changing circumstances;
  • Can-do mentality and passionate about coordination between all stakeholders with attention to detail;
  • Strong analytical skills; good with numbers and data analysis;
  • Resistant to stress;
  • A team player but also able to work independently;
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) (mandatory), SAP is a plus;
  • Willingness to develop, learn and share knowledge;
