This is fantastic opportunity to lead the APAC FSO Talent Attraction and Acquisition (TA2) space across 11 markets. Competition for resources is fierce and EY’s talent attraction and acquisition capability is developing constantly. The majority of recruitment activity is delivered within each market, supplemented by cross-border project management, sourcing and search at the Asia-Pacific and APAC FSO Regional level.

The opportunity

The role holder will collaborate with host Regions in delivering a consistently high-quality service to the business and to candidates across all sectors - Campus, Experienced and Executive hire and across all markets. You will work closely with the business to establish clear objectives in line with FSO’s service delivery model transformation (SDMT) and workforce strategy and help the business achieve an desirable outcome.

You will be a senior member of the FSO Talent team, working closely with FSO HR enablement, Talent Consultants, host Region TA2 teams, Talent Executive TA2 team, and manage stakeholders including FSO Regional Managing Partner, FSO Service Line leaders and Regional leadership team.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Planning
    • Understand the FSO Service Delivery Model Transformation (SDMT) plan, workforce strategy, Diversity and Inclusion priorities and targets and market conditions to agree TA2 objectives with service line leaders and market segment leaders
    • Partner with host Regions to set FSO TA2 strategies and performance metrics for all service lines/sectors and markets across FSO Region
  • Attract and Source
    • Work with host Regions and Executive Recruitment team on attraction and sourcing strategies for FSO and ensure effective support and mechanisms are in place
    • Oversee Executive recruitment - work with the Executive Recruitment team and business leaders to ensure diversity targets are met, candidate experience is excellent and we achieve our hiring goals
    • Oversee FSO sourcing activities/initiatives to include sourcing from broad, diverse talent pools, i.e., networking in local market, promoting referrals, engaging with business on outreach to alumni, championing sourcing initiatives with the business, and ensuring sourcing strategy alignment with region D&I agenda
    • Build and maintain relationships with external sourcing channels, identify and review new sourcing channels i.e. agencies, develop business case and identify areas of cost efficiencies, synergies that can be leveraged at the region level
    • Maintain a strong network with host Region TA2 teams, create a sense of community, connection and understanding of the EY and FSO business and brand, encourage knowledge-sharing of best practice across all markets and collaborate to drive improvements to programs/approaches
  • Employer Brand
    • Develop and maintain understanding of EY’s Employer Brand globally, Regionally, in each market segment and with each candidate pool
    • Leverage global and host Region activities and align with market strategies tailoring as required to attract right talent for FSO
    • Engage with host Regions on creation of employer branding materials/advertising, ensuring FSO priorities are included and recognised in market segment campaign and collateral.
    • Champion employer brand efforts, build brand fluency and establish a TA2 marketing mindset in the business
Skills And Attributes For Success
  • Specialized knowledge & experience in talent attraction and acquisition, sourcing and employer branding
  • Experience of defining, monitoring and measuring a TA2 strategy across multiple countries and business units/service lines
  • Knowledge of different countries employment legislation, policies and procedures

To qualify for the role you must have
  • Graduate or Post-graduate qualifications in Human Resources or Business-related disciplines
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and set a direction in that context
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organisation at all levels
  • Strong client focus with the ability to build good relationships and work virtually/ across borders
  • Skilled and experienced in leading and influencing change in a matrix structure
