While the bulk of B2C markets may be driven through marketing efforts, B2B is a whole different world, requiring the expertise and careful handling by Synology’s Sales Team. Building trust, reputation, and close working ties with local partners is a key ingredient to delivering results.Job DescriptionAs an expansion of our sales team, we are seeking individuals who possess an intricate understanding of B2B operations, complemented by a strong IT background. Your role will revolve around a comprehensive understanding of Synology’s products and solutions, enterprise market development, managing customer relationships, and collaborating to devise a mutually beneficial sales ecosystem.This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from any location within India.You Will

• Cultivate and manage relationships with business clients
• Engage in regular visits to channel partners to foster relationships and collaborate on pre-sales support and consultation
• Develop and execute regional growth strategies, accounting and order operations, and deliver timely updates that reflect these activities
• Organize and communicate customer feedback and market research/insights to product marketing and development teams

RequirementsYou are expected to have:

• 3 years of sales experience working with business/enterprise customers and/or channel partners
• Excellent business communication and presentation skills
• Professional proficiency in Hindi, with additional fluency in English
• A proactive approach with a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work remotely, with occasional travels to attend in-person training and meetings at our Taipei headquarters
• Capability to conduct regular client visits throughout India, e.g. having a valid driver’s license is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or business-related field

• Experience or proficiency with IT equipment, such as servers, storage systems, and/or backup solutions
• Experience in public speaking
