ARROW MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM

The Arrow Management Trainee Program, specially designed to nurture and develop aspiring individuals, aims to build future leadership through a fast-tracked development path by building on earlier acquired leadership and functional skills.

Successful candidates will embark on a rigorous 12-month program, which includes rotational assignments, high-impact strategic projects, on-the-job training, and formal training curriculum. This will enable you to gain more insights into our business and connect you with peers and senior leaders across the globe.

There will also be a strong support network to cultivate and guide your professional and personal development. Beyond learning, you will be making real contributions to our business from day one. The experience is fast paced, challenging and exciting, and you will be expected to deliver real results to make an impact.

Our program focuses on three key business areas, from which you will get the opportunity to deepen your knowledge, hone your leadership skills, and make a difference both inside and outside of the organization. Ultimately, you will be equipped with a strong foundation to become a future leader at Arrow.

Product Marketing

  • You are a partner to the vendors and is seen as the product expert within your assigned portfolio. Working in tandem with the vendors, you will be a direct contributor to the marketing programs where your involvement in vendor launches, cross-selling opportunities, and reseller activities to end-users is paramount.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Science, or similar degree discipline with no more than three years of full-time work experience.
  • Acquired and demonstrated futuresmart leadership experience in previous employment, internship or program management.
  • Excellent command of business English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
  • Possess stellar communication and presentation skills.
  • High learning agility and adaptability under fast moving and dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrate clear aspiration to be future leader.
  • Courage to challenge status quo.
  • Self-reflective and curious to learn new things.
  • High energy and perseverance to deliver results.
  • Able to commence in early July 2022.
