The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Product Specialist to join our Network Operations to help with the design, improvement and implementation of processes that drive operational excellence across the organization. You will collaborate closely across product, engineering, business development and operations, to identify and initiate changes to help scale product operations, while providing unique insights from our customers to enhance their experience.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the delivery of product initiatives and launches; collaborate closely with the engineering team on product sprints timeline.
  • Build solid ownership of operational processes with internal stakeholders across product, engineer and operations.
  • Support business team on pay-in/pay-out partner integrations and customers onboarding.
  • Drive operational excellence, while assessing and mitigating operational risks - such as troubleshooting any system issues/ abnormal transactions with AWS Amazon Cloudwatch or other analysis tools.
  • Translate our customer needs and feedback into plans that enhance product operations.
  • Drive improvements to our product and operation processes to become more efficient.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; preferably 2+ years of relevant working experience in product, operations and customer onboarding, prior experience in financial services, customer success and technical support a strong plus.
  • Technical background with experience in software development as well as a comprehensive understanding of system architecture / processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; strong verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to drive complex/technical conversations.
  • Receptive to feedback; critical thinking and problem-solving skills, high adaptability
  • Strong ability to multitask, manage changing priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail oriented and strong problem-solving skills.
