行銷與客服專員 Marketing&Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing&Customer Service Specialist. You will be working in a FinTech AI startup and with a team of experts, building up the best fintech App, and exploring Taiwan’s FinTech.

Your Responsibilities：

• Interacts with customers via email, social media, or online chat to serve them by providing service information and resolving problems.
• Manage an active community on social media(facebook, instagram, groups).
• Identify and engage with new partners and influencers, develop strategic-based approaches through engagement, negotiation and implementation.
• Takes care of the assignments from supervisor or direct manager.

工作內容

• 接收與統整客服平台問題，處理及進行回覆，協助工程部門釐清問題及進行後續追蹤。
• 協助經營Credidi社群，包含Facebook、Instagram、社團。
• 協助外部合作，或在外部媒體經營內容接觸新使用者。
• 其他主管交辦事項

Requirement

• 1+ years in marketing, communication, growth, customer service or similar roles.
• Good communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of various marketing, content management systems and analytics tools such as: Google Analytics, Pixels , Google Trends, Google Search Console, etc…
• Familiar with paid media tools such as Google, Facebook ads, etc…
• Deadline driven, proactive, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Challenged by working in a fast-paced, open and start-up environment.
• Finance, Fintech working experiences will be a big plus

• 對趨勢議題敏感度高，能快速構想有互動性的主題
• 良好的文字與語言溝通能力
• 能獨立作業，在變化快速的環境中迅速調整作法
• 熟悉行銷工具及數據分析工具
• 有金融、Fintech相關產業經驗尤佳
