Job MissionSupport Learning & Development manager on training implementation to achieve training objective & ensure its quality deliverable and training effectiveness.Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the training preparation (training material / testers / tools / refreshment / venue set up / participants’ list...) to ensure Chanel image & high quality standard are achieved.
• Maintain / Update training material of makeup & skincare based on the information given by head office & regional office. Relationship building, Client and Stakeholder Management
• Review, translate & localize the training materials
• Field coaching on Makeup Specialist (MUS) /Makeup Artist (MUA) at point of sales
• Deliver/facilitate the below retail trainings including :
• Basic School (Fragrance / Makeup / Skincare) for new Beauty Advisor
• Refresher training
• New product Launch Training
• Duty Free BA Training
• Integrate the result of followings into training and coaching solutions:
• Customer satisfaction survey
• Mystery shopper program
  

Person Specifications

• University graduate or above
• Min. 2 years of Skincare/Makeup trainer experiences. Cosmetics industry is a plus
• Self-motivated, willing to share, positive, agile, resilient, high spirit
• Mature, good team player and able to work independently
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good in Microsoft Office software
• Good command of English and Chinese
