Position Summary

Purpose

本職位主要負責執行每天的鋼瓶生產, 及相關生產設備的維護工作。

This position is mainly responsible for implementing day to day cylinder production, related production equipment maintenance.

Nature and Scope

此操作人員將會負責廠內的生產作業能安全地被執行 . 操作員有時需要進行相關生產設備的預防保養工作 , 包括協助機械及儀電維修人員進行相關生產設備的維修工作 .

此外該職位要求任職者時刻保持警惕並註意周圍環境和操作設備。在職者通常在工廠中獨立工作。操作員是一個非常活躍的職位，需要一個人在截止日期之前執行，適應任何工廠情況並能夠快速，自信地響應這些情況

The operator will be responsible for safe production activities in the plant. The operator is sometimes required to perform preventative maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment in the production of compressed gas and cryogenic liquids. In addition to the daily responsibilities, operators are required to assist plant mechanics and electrical personal in all aspects of transfill maintenance.

This position requires the incumbent to be alert and aware of surroundings and operating equipment at all times. Incumbent typically works independently in the plant. An operator is an extremely active position requiring a person to perform under deadlines, adapt to any plant situation, and be able to respond to those situations quickly and confidently.

DIMENSIONS

Principal Accountabilities

• 負責生產課內所屬之機械設備每日一級檢查及每月自動檢查 。
  

Responsible for daily and monthly inspections for assigned equipment.

• 線內區域內之環境5S維護及機械設備5M之分配。
  

Responsible for incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.

• 負責產品之生產流程及其他生產事務之立即處理。
  

Responsible for in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.

• 不合格品之管制及處理。
  

Responsible for finished products by confirming specifications; conducting measurement tests; returning products for re-analysis.

• 品質異常事件原因分析及矯正措施擬定。
  

Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into SAP system and generating COA.

• 稽核缺失（內稽、外稽、客戶稽核）之原因分析及矯正措施擬定及執行改善。
  

Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions; conducting instruments calibration and maintenance for all analysis instruments.

• 負責作業之程序或SOP撰寫、審核及修訂。
  

To be responsible for maintaining, updating and implementing related ISO systems

periodically, and to assist member any of AP staff on working procedures changes

or review and submission of new procedures.

Job Requirements

Minimum college graduate degree in Science or Engineering related field

Special skills, knowledge and techniques in analytical, and operating instrumentation

Knowledge of ISO 9001

Must be hands-on and possess strong troubleshooting skills

Able to work independently as well as in a team

Possess good oral and written communication skills

Basic Microsoft Office Skills – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint

Proficient with English speaking and writing
