• 關務系統操作及維護 (ILC)
• 關務相關資料維護、文件管理
• 客戶端聯繫與客戶服務
• 與報關行、forwarder聯繫及工作協調
• 進出口與保稅相關作業
• 海關聯繫與稽核陪同
• 主管交辦事項
