• Support production on equipment setup & inspection before production.
• Report EHS concern & incident to supervisor immediately.
• Support Process Engineer to address critical quality & production equipment issues immediately.
• Support Equipment Engineer for the troubleshooting of equipment and daily maintenance.
• Perform daily check on the EHS of equipment and play as a teammate for correction when needed.
• Work with shift leaders to make sure all operators receive well trainings and be able to demonstrate qualified skills on fields.
• Support shift leaders on taking care team’s morale and ensure safe working and high productivity.
• Any assignment (job relative) from supervisor
• 支援生產設備安裝、設置和生產前檢查 。
• 即時向主管報告環安衛問題和事件。
• 協助製程工程師解決關鍵品質 & 生產設備問題。
• 協助設備工程師執行設備故障排除和日常維護。
• 針對環安衛、材料、設備和人員進行日常檢查，並在發現問題時能進行改善。
• 與領班合作，確保所有作業員接受良好培訓；並通過技能認證後，於現場執行作業。
• 與領班合作，關注團隊的士氣，確保工作安全性與高生產率。
• 執行主管指派工作相關任務。
