Responsibilities

  • Handling the Tech issues from customer
  • Supporting; Assist project on-site debugging; lab testing
  • Traveling is a must requirement
  • Produce product related documents, Solution base documents
  • Produce training; education materials delivering external training; education
  • Supporting Sales on customer technical requirements
  • Coordinating and participating product development and activities

    • Qualifications

    • With project management relevant experience is a plus.
    • With Pre-Sales/ Customer service working relevant experience is a plus.

    Skill

    • Bachelor degree or above in relevant field of Computer Science, Information Engineering.
    • English speaking/reading/writing/listening skills.
    • Familiar with TCP/IP, Network Protocols, and WiMAX, 3G or WiFi Technology.
    • With International Certification (in IT; Network; Project Management field) is a plus.(CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, PMP,ITIL)
