工作內容

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices to ensure the quality and reliability of myViewBoard software.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define test strategies, test plans, and test cases for new features and enhancements.
  • Oversee the execution of test plans, including manual and automated testing, to identify defects, performance issues, and usability concerns.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for process optimization and efficiency within the QA team.
  • Coordinate with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues, track defects, and ensure the timely release of high-quality software.
  • Apply your experience with agile development methodologies to drive iterative and incremental testing processes.
  • Possessing fluent English language skills would be a strong asset.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of CI/CD concepts and their relevance to the software development and testing process.

條件要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role overseeing the software QA team.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and best practices.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and their role in the software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in both written and spoke English is a big plus.
