DescriptionYour JobThis role is expected to drive marketing campaigns and tailored programs for the APS region with Taiwan as primary focus. Support the development, management of IMC campaigns for brand awareness, lead gen and demand gen purpose.ResponsibilitiesWhat You Will Do

• Assist marketing manager to create and own local marketing strategy- partner with stakeholders to identify local market, target solution focus, accounts, to implement local marketing programs and campaigns.
• Work very closely with Taiwan teams across different organization- GSM, GiG, PM, PD etc. to understand marketing needs and propose plans accordingly.
• Plan and execute Taiwan webinars/tradeshow/exhibition/customer events/ roadshow
• Engage with key stakeholders in Taiwan to launch target customer campaigns, help Molex’s growth with Taiwan key accounts
• Develop and manage social strategy through popular B-to-B platforms such as Linkedin, Line, FaceBook, Twitter, etc. Can proactively advise on Taiwan social improvement based on benchmarking.
• Assist in marketing assets and optimize execution for Integrated marketing campaigns including but not limited to webinars, social, landing page, email campaigns etc.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience

What Will Put You Ahead

• Rich experience and knowledge in Data/ Telecom industry
• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Fluent in both oral and written English and Traditional Chinese
• Strong sense of responsibility with can-do attitude
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a changing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft office. Photoshop, illustrator editing skill will be a plus
• This position is located in Taipei
