• 本職缺為育嬰留職停薪之職務代理人，定期契約期間一年
  

Duties And Responsibilities

Assist in the management of the CSO Taiwan Parts Service Operations.

• Liaise with 3rd party logistics (3PL) vendors for warehousing, local distribution, international freight movement of parts to customers.
• Manage 3PL warehouse vendors in Taiwan, including:
• KPI management
• SOP review and management
• Regular operations review and resolution
• Billing verification
• Manage regional freight vendors including, meet Taiwan OTD and delivery KPI, and shipment issues resolution.
• Liaise with customers on customers’ ordering, logistics requirements, issues, and escalation.
• Handle local compliance matters to ensure compliance to U.S. and Taiwan regulatory policies.
• Coordinate the repair & return process with customers, parts centers, repair centers and transportation vendors
  

Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills And Education Background

• Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
• Preferably with 2 years of order or logistics management experience
• Proficient in MS Office in MS Excel and Word
• Good customer service skills with high level of business integrity
• Proficient in spoken and written English
