CNS Market Operations is enabling the Go to Market (GtM) units to achieve their business objectives – supporting from opportunity to invoice with pre-sales support, market procurement, customer demand, order management and delivery execution.

What You Will Learn And Contribute To

Are you passionate about becoming a credible business partner to the CNS BG to support the business group for the profitable growth? In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Key interface to towards Nokia CNS customers/stakeholders for Taiwan Market.
  • O2C management for all products (HW, SW, Services) in all business scenarios, including customer cases and Nokia Risk Orders, Trials, Demonstration, R&D, Free of Charge processes
  • Support presales by evaluating logistics requirements, planning the logistics and supply chain execution and approving Logistics Cost Baseline
  • Executes HW, SW demand planning process based on CRM sales funnel, ensuring timely & aligned plans
  • Executes logistics planning in relation to CT business management – order intake & revenue execution, Invoicing, inventory LE, resourcing
  • Supervises and guides Logistics execution process to meet the CT and Market Operations Business targets (includes monitor & control)
  • Acts as escalation point and manages further escalations and requirements

Your Skills And Experience
  • At least 5-7 years relevant supply chain experience
  • Strong understanding of Nokia demand planning and delivery execution processes
  • Able to understand well the supply process and the customer interlinkages as well as be responsive to the customer needs and the Global demand process
  • Able to work with different stakeholders simultaneously
  • Cost driven and solution-focused
  • Pragmatism and making tough decisions as needed
  • Effective engagement with multiple stakeholders (e.g. CNS GtM, Finance GBS, MN & NI Supply Chain etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
