What you’ll need:

Ability to handle customer troubleshooting and provide solutions/alternatives feedback.

Through good and professional knowledge, communicate with various departments to better improve the quality of customer service.

Maintain customer loyalty and daily relationship maintenance.

File and manage customer data to ensure that the service process and quality meet company standards.

Communicate with various departments and provide relevant feedback.

Analyze and manage reviews on App Store/Google Map... related platforms.

Continue to establish customer service structures around our APAC teams.
