What you’ll need:

  • Ability to handle customer troubleshooting and provide solutions/alternatives feedback.
  • Through good and professional knowledge, communicate with various departments to better improve the quality of customer service.
  • Maintain customer loyalty and daily relationship maintenance.
  • File and manage customer data to ensure that the service process and quality meet company standards.
  • Communicate with various departments and provide relevant feedback.
  • Analyze and manage reviews on App Store/Google Map... related platforms.
  • Continue to establish customer service structures around our APAC teams.
