Principal Accountabilities

  • Design overseas compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s strategic plan
  • Leads and conducting of overseas HR C&B related projects
  • Overseas daily payroll management and coordinates compensation processes like the payroll operations, salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs
  • Expatriate Management.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • 10 years above of Experience above as a C&B professionals and hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software
  • Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels
  • Proven analytical skills and project management skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Team player, excellent communication, influencing and self-management skills
  • Familiarity with labor legislation
  • Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
  • Master in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Finance or relevant field
