Job Description

We are looking for an Business Manager for Logistic to join us based in TaiWan;

• Strategically develop and improve relationships with key customers and their vendors,
• Proactively anticipate customer's needs and provide corresponding solutions or proposal offerings across various services, including but not limited to DC, transportation, and freight forwarding services,
• Support strategic initiatives and project implementations for the assigned accounts,
• Regularly conduct and lead performance review with the customers,
• Develop and monitor KPI on a regular basis; coordinate with other regions in Asia,
• Drive the RFQ and work closely with operations and solution functions,
  

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor degree or above
• At least 9 years relevant working experience in Contract Logistics / Distribution Center Operations / Supply Chain Management and etc.
• Integrated knowledge in contract logistics, distribution center operations and solid experience in Project Implementation
• Good command in written and spoken English /Japanness
• Analytical, numeric sensitive, customer focus, proactive and keen to drive changes
• Sound communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
