Responsible for working with telemarketing channel management in recruitment drives and development of telemarketing networks

• Involve in selection, interview, compensation package development and onboarding for agents
• Develop, implement and maintain TMR performance evaluation system
• Work with channel management and training teams to establish and manage TM development framework
