仕事内容

1. Provide corporate clients with local property market intelligence and market research
2. Formulating and executing strategic real estate plans for corporate clients
3. Identify, analyze and evaluate property options for clients
4. Manage commercial property leasing transactions
5. Communicate with clients’ global / regional corporate real estate executives
6. Identify, create and develop new business opportunities

1. Bachelor’s degree with 3 years relevant experience (Remarks: less experience is expected for “Analyst” position.)
2. Good written and spoken Mandarin and English
3. Have a passion for real estate
4. A team player with good communication skills
5. High sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
6. Self-motivated, proactive and goal-oriented
