General SummaryResponsible for designing and conducting experiments toward the development or improvement of custom masterbatch. Responsible for developing a testing plan, and procedure, data analysis, and communication of results. Three plus years direct, relevant experience with the ability to operate with little to no direction.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Develops with guidance, products adhering to customer specifications, quality, and operational goals and standards.
- Actively participates in materials testing to facilitate scale up to production.
- Contributes to product platform development through application of statistical experimental design, product testing, and data analysis.
- Supports marketing and sales through development of product and application data.
