This includes managing office facilities, coordinating with HR and finance teams, and providing support to the General Manager as needed.Responsibilities
  • Manage office facilities, including ensuring that the office is well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies
  • Establish and manage all office operations and working with wider teams to procure equipment, maintenance and service contracts.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure that all necessary paperwork and processes are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate headquarters on all office-related matters
  • Assist the General Manager with various administrative tasks as needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages
  • Manage office budget and expenses
  • Manage office agreements and negotiate terms as needed
  • Liaise with external service providers to ensure that all office needs are met
  • Initiate and manage planned and preventive maintenance of office and facility equipment
  • Organize employee engagement activities to promote team building and morale
  • Provide occasional secretarial and administrative support to members of Executive Team when necessary.
Pre-RequisitesPreferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience in office adminstration
  • Experience coordinating travel logistics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
