Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for system / process / policy gaps analysis for Citibank Integration project
• Develop and execute product/pricing program to deliver Secured Lending acquisition agenda.
• Facilitate the collaboration and alignment between frontline with Product/Credit/SUs to streamline the loan process for better customer experience and service turnaround time.
• Responsible for Sales Incentive/Scorecard planning and performance monitoring to ensure a balanced and sustainable new sales momentum.
• Design and execute tactical sales incentive/reward program to support the delivery of strategic agenda/focus on unsecured lending acquisition.

Qualifications:

• Strong PC capability is a must, especially Excel & PPT skills
• Good number sensitive with analytic skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and self-driven towards expected results
• Can identify issues, define priorities and take necessary actions
