仕事内容

Purpose of Position

  • Be responsible for facilitating human resource related activities and implementation of HR initiatives and HR strategies aligned with government regulations.
  • Work with HRM on HR general activities and projects to enhance HR effectiveness and delivery.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Partner with TA team and vendor, facilitate talent acquisition process to fulfill the organizational needs
  • Support talent development programs to cultivate talents
  • Coordinate training activities and maintain record per training plan
  • Conduct employee life cycle procedure, including movement, orientation, and exit interview
  • Engage business leaders to drive HR practices including performance management and recognition
  • Support plant HR budget planning & HC tracking

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related area
  • 5+ years working experience in HR function and multi-national company
  • Familiar with HR practices and local labor law

Required Skills

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong execution to deliver results
  • Fluent English and computer skills
