YOUR IMPACT

Business Partnering

• Support development and delivery of market HR Strategy and lead the communication, implementation and measure of key talent initiatives and approaches to support fast-paced business growth.
• Build strong partnership as HR advisor to drive talent strategies and management. Support and deliver talent development programs, with strong collaboration with HR teams of Fashion Group.

Talent Acquisition

• Understand manpower needs and tailor manpower planning to support business development and latest situation.
• Responsible for frontline talent acquisition process, from sourcing to finalization.
• Ensure a readily available pool of talents are in place to facilitate business growth.
• Advise business leaders on the market trend of talents insights including local employment practices and changes.
• Responsible for whole onboarding and offboarding cycle.

Talent Development & Learning, Engagement

• Support the annual talent review and OMR management, succession planning review.
• Partner managers to initiate career development conversations with individual employees from retail stores and provide useful information for people development programs.
• Identify training and development needs and support the growth of existing talents by identifying training and development needs.
• Develop employee engagement initiatives to nurture an engaged and Diversity & Inclusion culture.

Others

• Responsible for maintaining employee data on relevant systems and prepare HR reports.
• Ad hoc projects as assigned.

KEYS FOR SUCCESS

• Bachelor or above.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in the field of human resource generalist / HR business partnering.
• A genuine working partner with can-do attitude and an open mind, think outside the box for the good of business.
• Curious of the day to day, welcome challenges and adaptive to changes.
• Fluent in English.
• Retail HR experience will be a plus.
