- Assist in monitoring of editorial fashion clippings and of free publicity and
- Compilating the relevant weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
- Assist in carrying out appointments and/or small press events in the showroom together with PR manager
- Responsible for the up-to-date samples display, styling of the showroom and hanging of samples in accordance with the overall guidelines;
- Maintain close contacts with visual department as well as with merchandisers to keep up with the latest H&M information
- Be involved in all showroom events (open house, press previews, designer collaborations)
- Coordinating sample sales internally after each period is over in the showroom in accordance to our policy on purchases/lending products from showroom
- Be a brand ambassador and take charge of local press activities:
- Ongoing contacts with journalists & stylists to present the latest samples
- Assist in identifying and contacting journalists and stylists to offer samples
- Always keep up to date with the latest trends and keep an eye on the competitors on the market
- Assist in tracking the fashion magazines editorial calendars/monthly themes for each season so that you know what the coming numbers will be about fashion wise
- Track with current collaborating KOLs, monitor KOL’s social media exposure and be involved to develop new KOLs relationship – reaching out and maintaining relationships
- Supporting and driving commercial communications by working cross functions with marketing, visual, merchandising and regional team.
- Responsible for local communication
- Actively communicating H&M-related news like openings, new collections
- Part of local crisis group, responsible for crisis communication strategy
- Reporting local communications issues (i e fashion, corporate, CSR, crisis
