The Role

We’re looking for a Customer Service Manager who will lead a team of customer analysts to resolve any incidents we encounter.

This role will be a driving force to ensure our customers are able to remit their money as quickly as possible. You’ll be working closely with our consumer teams to deliver a world class consumer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Lead a growing team of passionate customer service professionals
  • Work with the team to develop, improve and execute customer service processes & procedures
  • Drive resolutions to complicated incidents
  • Execute daily processes resolving any incidents efficiently
  • Work closely with our consumer teams to feedback any issues that our customers are experiencing and brainstorm solutions

What We’re Looking For...

  • 5+ years working in customer service with preferably 2+ years in a management / lead role
  • Strong problem solving ability and proficiency in Chinese and English
  • Knowledge of developing & improving processes & procedures
  • Zendesk experience (or equivalents)
