安全衛生管理專員需熟知職業安全衛生相關法規、職場環境、消防、衛生相關供應商維護及內外部關係者的溝通協調。

外部：運用談判技巧、專業規格信息收集等方式，與勞檢單位及廠商保持良好關係。

內部：運用專業知識和溝通協調技巧，了解各同仁之需求並解決問題，提供各同仁良好之「服務」品質。

工作內容:

• 規劃、督導、執行及辦理各項勞工安全衛生管理計劃之相關業務，提供有關勞安管理資料及建議，並指導有關部門實施，以符合政府法令與維護員工及職場之安全。
• 每月定期執行各職場環境安全/消防設備巡檢，每半年定期辦理消防訓練等，建立環安監控機制，每半年執行環境檢測 。
• 擬訂及執行各職場安全衛生教育訓練計畫，另執行或追蹤勞工安全為生管理措施四大計劃，如確實完成母性、人因、過負荷等評估作業，每月定期通報主管機關職災人數。
• 規畫及監督工作環境之維持與改善(含職場清潔與環境衛生，例:定期安排消毒作業等)，以維護辦公職場之環境品質。
• 擔任部門法遵管理員，依集團及主管機關法規作業規範，及追蹤法規修訂，修訂安全衛生相關管理辦法。
• 依據公司年度計劃、營運目標，配合預算編列與控制開支，達成目標效益。
  

需求條件:

 學歷 : 大學(專)畢。

 相關經驗 : 3年以上安全衛生管理經驗。

 專業知識 / 能力: 須具備安全衛生管理員證照，如有防火管理員證照、急救 人員證照尤佳

 一般英文聽、說、讀、寫表達能力，具獨立作業及溝通協調、談判技巧。
