Job Req Number: 44547Time Type: Full Time百及目前有2個比較大的廠區在八德與觀音，雙邊廠務都能互相支援，觀音廠希望能有一位專職廠務總務來一起分擔工作，邀請您加入我們的行列~

• 廠務設施-水電，空調，鐵捲門，消防，發電機，客貨梯維護與損壞初步檢修判斷
• 堆高機，電瓶每月保養檢查與損壞時通知廠商維修
• 日周月季，依排定檢查內容完成廠區設備檢查與通知廠商到廠保養
• 廠區修繕, 新建工程協助執行監督
• 公司培訓上課，結訓後擔任觀音倉消防管理人員
• 總務工作(採購.維修.拜拜等)
• 設備及固定資產維護管理
• 核實保全人員工作，廠區清潔人員工作落實檢查
• 總務相關費用申請及檢討分析
• 上級交辦工作執行
